Competency International is a research consortium and consultancy founded by Cybertronics, and, Spencer Research and Technology. Most colleagues are either former managing partners or senior professionals from large international consultancies or senior executives from multi-national companies with 10 to 30 years experience in behavioral science research and human resources applications. Over many years we have developed approaches, techniques and logistics which have allowed us to effectively conduct assignments on a global or regional basis.
